friendly neighborhood guide to functioning on very little sleep

 - don't think about it too much! if you don't remember you're functioning on <4 hours of sleep then how can anyone prove that you are???

- killer outfit. Like you have no idea how much of an energy boost this can be

- give yourself space to be at lower capacity than usual. Don't push yourself to do things that aren't necessary, even though with little sleep your mind might be so scattered that it wants to try all sorts of inadvisable extra stuff

-  remind yourself of fictional characters who had it way worse and still got up and did what had to be done (many villains manage to do an almost superhuman amount of stuff while also being substantially more miserable than the hero. is it possible to learn this power)

-  did I mention the killer outfit? also killer music. Like find as much epic music as possible and just borrow the energy for yourself. with airpods you can have music going pretty much going the whole day if you need to

    1. I’m actually a fair bit envious of Hux. He’s got bad mental health, but he’s also got an incredibly successful career! Why don’t I get that??? If I’m gonna have bad mental health why can’t it also make me scarily good at my job?
