 - it is now cold enough to numb my fingers as I walk and coat the sidewalks in a thin layer of ice. I've heard the roads are REALLY bad in winter but nothing about the sidewalks. lovely

- taking a few days off from social media. HOLD ME TO THIS

- discovered that I can get myself to do homework if I buy food somewhere and work as I eat. Something about using the energy I WOULD have spent on making food to get something else productive done instead--

 - backgrounds are sooo hard. i can do characters well, poses okay. but backgrounds? shading? lighting? idk man

- related note, nothing like seeing a bunch of peoples art for the prompt IM working on to take the wind out of my sails... i mean good for them. it also stinks for me. These facts exist in tandem and I am ok with it
